I had a great experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were very excellent. The parking was convenient, and the location was ideal, close to the airport and Istanbul fair markets. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to reach for those with early or late flights. It is also close to the bus station, allowing us to easily explore the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel shuttle service was unreliable and confusing, causing some inconvenience in transportation.

Upon arrival, I was impressed with the luxurious amenities offered at this hotel. the spa and wellness centre provides a variety of treatments including body scrubs, massages and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool is an added bonus along with the sauna, steam room and Turkish bath. the bar and lounge area provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy. the location is also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions.
the buffet breakfast could be improved with more options available , especially for those following a special diet.

Very clean, warm atmosphere. Excellent breakfast and staff. Receptionist Meral was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Hotel provided me with free Parol tablets when I needed Panadol and allowed a late checkout without charge. Welcome fruit basket in the room was a nice touch.
Felt more than at home, nothing to complain about.

The food was really good, definitely the best we had during our three-week trip in Turkey. The flavors were delicious, and the presentation was great. We were thoroughly impressed with the culinary skills of the chefs and the overall dining experience at Retaj.
